CHEM+NECT^® for Dissolution Media

Chata offers dissolution buffers in 50L and 100L closed system CHEM+NECT^® bags contained in sealed cardboard or plastic drums. Dissolution media can also be purchased in our patented 10L CHEM+PROTECT^® Non-Extractable packaging.

For more commonly requested buffers, Chata offers the following CHEM+NECT^® “Off-the-Shelf” (OTS) dissolution media:

• 0.1N Hydrochloric Acid
• 0.1N Hydrochloric Acid, pH 1.10
• 0.01N Hydrochloric Acid
• 0.06N Hydrochloric Acid
• Simulated Gastric Fluid, pH 1.20 (without enzyme)
• Simulated Intestinal Fluid, pH 6.80 (without enzyme)
• 0.05M Potassium Phosphate Buffer, pH 6.80
• 0.05M Potassium Phosphate Buffer, pH 7.20
• 0.05M Potassium Phosphate Buffer, pH 7.40
• 0.05M Acetate Buffer, pH 4.50
• 0.05M Sodium Phosphate Buffer, pH 6.80
  

Each CHEM+NECT^® OTS buffer comes with expiration dating. For your custom dissolution buffers, Chata can perform stability testing to assign an expiry that can bear the rigors of regulatory scrutiny.
